Your Role
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with the team to address social determinants of health
- Deliver care in clinic, community partner sites, and mobile settings
- Lead and participate in prevention, screening, and health promotion programs
- Optional teaching and mentorship for medical trainees
What We’re Looking For
- MD + Family Medicine residency
- CPSO license + CCFP designation
- CMPA coverage
