The Lakeview Family Health Team (FHT) provides comprehensive, team-based primary care across three clinic sites in Brighton, Quinte West and Colborne. The FHT supports the Brighton-Quinte West Family Health Organization (FHO) and delivers high-quality care focused on prevention, chronic disease management and patient wellness. We are currently seeking family physicians to join our dynamic team of professionals at our Brighton site, conveniently located mid-way between Kingston and Toronto on the 401 corridor.
