Contract; competitive independent contract.

Remuneration will depend on clinical experience and comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. Compensation Grid Compensation range is between Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Medical Oncologists may be either AHS employees or independent contractors. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Remuneration for this position is based on the Academic Medicine & Health Services Program (AMHSP). Salary will be commensurate with education and experience and ranges based on a number of different factors that can range from $600,000.
