Job Description
-Physician-led part time FHO family practice in Kitchener, Ontario
-Telus PS Suite EMR
-located in suburban plaza with a lab and pharmacy nearby
-The 4 physicians in the office space have separate practices but cross-cover and share staff, supplies etc
-collegial atmosphere
-low call load---15 physicians in FHO call group
-I am looking for someone to take over my practice so I can retire, but if you want to try it out first, this would be a possibility
-Requirements: valid Ontario medical licence, good standing with CPSO
