Clinical Service Contract; contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.

Clinical Service Contract; eligible for Rural Practice Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) remuneration: Recruitment Incentive $10,000; Fee/Retention Premium 6.93%; Annual/Retention Flat Fee ~$10,740; Rural CME $2,200/yr (years 3–4), increasing to a maximum of $4,400/yr after 4 years.

Contract position paid via a 4-step primary health care compensation grid for a 0.8 FTE (includes 176 clinic days/year and on-call requirements). Emergency room coverage is remunerated separately through the Rural Emergency Room Stabilization Agreement. Eligible for RPIP (up to $200,000 over five years) and SMA Retention Fund ($7,000–$14,000/year).
