Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for hard-working physician to build their own roster and own a FHO position. Roster needs to be built as FFS but can arrange to start you off with a number of patients from the lead primary care physician's non-rostered patients. Existing physician with a well established practice and roster that can be split or build your own.
Great lively location, few blocks from the Bathurst subway, an established Pharmacy and a Lab onsite.
One exam room and one consultation room, shared central reception and large waiting room area
We emphasize a fair work-life balance, fledxibility and a supportive working environment, good patient access to physician care and great administrative/physician assistant support to lessen the paperwork/EMR responsibilities. Great flexibility in this role with partnership equity offered.
We are looking for someone who would like to work full or part time and build his/her eventual roster and create the ideal practice to fit your needs in a cohesive, participatory and supportive environment.
Relocation and housing can be provided, if required.
