Our Client operates a multi specialty clinic where expertise of various specialists are combined with same day diagnostic testing to provide patients with high quality and speedy service. Their center accepts referrals from family physicians or other sources for a variety of specialists consultations in several disciplines, all under one roof. They provide a seamless one stop shop for family physicians where they can send their patients for several different specialist referrals, using one number, one process and one point of contact. 

The clinic is located in a high volume area, in the heart of North York Toronto with access to an abundance of family and referring physicians. They are offering all the necessary equipment including Echo Machines, Treadmills for stress test, Holter, ECG and EMG. In addition, this clinic boasts a full administrative support staff handling all administrative functions including billing, arranging testing, collating test results, distributing consult notes and test results and setting up follow up appointments. . With all of the volumes, scheduling and billing handled for you… you can focus on practicing medicine!

Scheduling:

Our client is offering a schedule with  flexibility. They understand the many commitments of physicians and will work with them to tailor a schedule that works for them to ensure that their other obligations and commitments can be managed. 

Remunerations:  FFS split 80/20

Requirements and Education:  

Successful candidates will be eligible to hold or hold independent license with the CPSO.

MD with fellowship training and experience in non-invasive Cardiology. 

US Board Certified Physician are eligible for independent license in Ontario

Physicians with Royal College Approved Jurisdiction eligibility eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO

Physicians that have successfully completed the RCPSC specialty examination via the RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route and hold the MCCQE1 exam are eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO

The physician must be able to collaborate with health care staff, patients and their families. 

Able to work in a team environment and independently.
