About Our Clinic

We are an independently managed, highly efficient primary care clinic located in Elmira. Our philosophy is simple: We take care of the business, so you can take care of the patients.

Currently operating as an agile, low-stress Fee-for-Service (FFS) model, we are actively expanding. Our short-term goal is to bring on 1–2 additional part-time or full-time physicians to cross the Ministry threshold and collectively transition our group into an FHG or the new FHO+ model. This provides an incoming physician with the unique opportunity to start with zero risk, establish their preferred pace, and easily transition into a lucrative capitation/premium model down the road.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients during your selected clinic days.
• Complete necessary medical documentation and OHIP billing submissions accurately through our EMR system.
• No mandatory evening or weekend on-call shifts required during the FFS phase.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
• Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP).
• Independent license to practice medicine in Ontario issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• In good standing with the CMPA.
• Open to new graduates, transitions from hospitalist/locum work, or physicians looking to slowly scale back their full-time practice.
