The Peninsula Family Health Team is looking for dedicated Family Physicians to join us in picturesque cottage country on the Bruce Peninsula, just three hours from Toronto! This scenic area is a year round outdoor enthusiast's dream, featuring the backyard conveniences of skiing, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and climbing.
Primary health care is provided through our Family Health Team which includes 6 physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Social Worker, RPNs and RNs as well as dedicated administrative support.
Our practice is spread across two state-of-the-arts sites, located in Lion's Head and Tobermory. Both sites are OTN enabled. The Tobermory clinic also houses a Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Chamber.
In addition to clinic, physicians provide emergency medical coverage and inpatient care in our low-volume hospital (located conveniently beside the Lion's Head clinic), as well as care to the residents of the local nursing home.
