We are seeking a General Practitioner (Family Medicine) to join a full-time, rewarding practice in the stunning mountain community of Banff, Alberta. This unique role offers a diverse and engaging scope of practice across multiple care settings.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive Family Medicine services and participate in shift coverage and on-call duties at Banff Mineral Springs Hospital.

Scope of Practice

This position offers a broad and fulfilling clinical experience, including:

Outpatient and community-based Family Medicine
Inpatient care
Acute care services
Continuing care
Community clinic work

Applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).

Required Experience & Credentials

Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP)
Recent experience in independent Family Medicine practice
Proven ability as the Most Responsible Physician (MRP) across a broad patient population
Experience in both inpatient and community/private practice settings

Preferred Credentials

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
