Locum physician required for extended vacation for a  FHO practice . You will work alongside a  collegial group of 8 physicians and 14 full and part-time support staff. 

This is an hourly paid position subject to negotiation.

The successful applicant will be required to work during the day (between 9:00am-5:00PM) based on a contractual agreement, but must be available to work at least 1 evening per week, from  05:00PM-08:00PM and at least 1 Saturday per month from  09:00am-12:00PM to honour the FHO agreement.

Patient care may be done with a combination of in-person in-clinic visits and telephone consults .

This clinic uses PS EMR and remote access is available.

There is free parking available. Shoppers Drug Mart and Cachet Rehabilation are next door to the clinic. Dynacare Laboratory and Ontario Medical Imaging Radiology are located in the building.

Applicants must be licenced to pactice in Ontario and hold a valid CMPA and CPSO number.
