Well established since 2004 with roster of 1800 patients. Associated with Brockville Family Health Organization (15 MDs in BFHO) and Upper Canada Family Health Team  (RNs, NPs, Foot Care, Social Workers, Smoking Cessation etc). Using Telus PSS.

Office at Chelsea Court is shared with one other very collegial family doc. We share office space and 3 staff : Manager, RN and Front desk/Admin. Opportunity for hospital work at local hospital (Brockville General) : ER, Hospitalist, LTC, Obstetrics and teaching Medical Students and Residents through Queen's University and U of Ottawa.

Brockville is a great city of 22,000 on the St Lawrence River in the 1000 Islands region, 1 hour to Ottawa and 2 hours to Montreal. It is a very safe, family friendly community with excellent schools (including French language), affordable housing, Community College and Arts Centre.
