We are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to individuals and families in Regal Heights and all surrounding communities. We offer a wide range of medical services, including family medicine and specialty medicine, pharmacy services, blood-work lab, ultrasound imaging, and walk-in all under one roof. Position Overview: As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, promoting preventive care, and managing chronic conditions. A strong team of support staff will ensure cohesivness and seamless clinic operations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, lab technicians, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients. Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and screenings for patients of all ages.

-Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.

-Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education on wellness and disease prevention.

-Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.

-Coordinate care with specialists as needed and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare services.

-Utilize electronic medical records (ACCURO EMR) system to document patient encounters and manage medical records.

-Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices and protocols.

Qualifications:

-Medical degree from an accredited medical school.

-Board certification in Family Medicine.

-Completion of residency training in Family Medicine.

-Valid medical license in Ontario.

-Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medical practices.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

-Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

-Willingness to participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.

Benefits:

-Very competitive overhead offered - 15%+HST first 3 months followed by 20%+HST thereafter.
