Looking for a family physician to cover 12 month maternity leave in a ~1100 patient FHO practice in Scarborough (around 900 patients rostered with around 200 unrostered patients) . 3 days/week. Days/times flexible. Typically 7 hours per day with one hour for lunch/paperwork. This includes one 3 hour after hours block - currently I do Wednesday evenings but can accommodate different days if locum not available Wednesdays. EMR: Oscar - if not comfortable with system, I can train prior to start date. Exact start/end date flexible to certain extent. I will do my own inbox - locum would be responsible for their own test results and prescription renewals.

Compensation - Full capitation/RA amount/FFS/private billings minus 25% for overhead (typically 18,000-22000/month after overhead). This will likely be more with FHO plus scheduled to start April 2026.
