Location: 

Our client is a leader in the pain management field with nearly 20 facilities in Ontario from Eastern Ontario, to the GTA and the Hamilton/Niagara Region.

Brantford, Burlington, Concord, Etobicoke, Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston, Kitchener, Mississauga, Newmarket, Niagara Falls, Orangeville, Oshawa, Scarborough, St. Catharines, Tillsonburg, Vaughan, Welland, Windsor.

Position Description: 

Our Client, a leader in the pain management field, is seeking additional physicians with experience in pain management to join their rapidly expanding group. The current complement of physicians come from a number of specialties including: Anesthesiologists, Psychiatrists, Family Physicians, Internal Medicine Specialists, Emergency Medicine Physicians and Nurses all dedicated to the treatment of chronic pain patients. They have a team collaboration approach to provide the best care for patients. A full time physician can expect to see 20-30 patients per day with an average of 4 patients per hour. Physicians must be able to practice comprehensive pain management including landmark and ultrasound guidance procedures. The clinics are well staffed and provide excellent administrative support including your own medical office assistant. With everything managed for you, you will be able to focus on practicing medicine!

Remunerations: FFS split 75/25

Hours of Work: 

• The clinic is open 9 to 5 Mondays to Saturdays
• Flexible Schedule
• No on Call

Qualifications: 

• Qualified physicians should have or be eligible to have the change of scope of chronic pain by the CPSO and be able to practice comprehensive pain management including landmark and ultrasound guidance procedures.
• In accordance with immigration requirements, preference given to Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents.
• US Board Certified Physician are eligible for independent license in Ontario
• Physicians with Royal College Approved Jurisdiction eligibility eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO
• Physicians that have successfully completed the RCPSC specialty examination via the RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route and hold the MCCQE1 exam are eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO.
