Job Description
Seeking part time locum for April 2026 and ongoing for 1/2 - 1 day/week
Location: Ayr (20 min from Cambridge/Kitchener Waterloo, 40 min from Hamilton)
Rate: $1300/day (top up after FHO+ billing $80/hr) + 100% shadow billings + 70% third party billing
Hours: 9-12pm or 9-4pm
EMR: PS Suite with OCEAN
Practice: Rural, approx 1650 rostered
Affiliated with Primacare Family Health Team (FHT) with FHT support: NP 1-2 days/week, RN 2 days/week (for paps, well baby visits, immunizations) + access to FHT psych/social work/dietitian/pharmacy services, also PA available sometimes
Other: 3 exam rooms with 2 lovely trained MOAs, free parking on site, larger FHO group of 9 with opportunity to join FHO/FHT
