Canadian Physician Opportunities

Compensation will be comprised of the following: 1) Cancer Care Alberta AHS remuneration for Malignant Hematology services. Remuneration will depend on clinical experience and comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. Compensation Grid Compensation range is between Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Remuneration will depend on clinical experience and comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. Compensation Grid Compensation range is between Level 1 $249,715 per annum and Level 3 $318,805 per annum. 2) Fee for Service arrangement for 40% Non-Malignant Hematology services. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required.

The annual compensation will be calculated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician compensation grid for Radiation Oncologists ranging from Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training, and experience. • Annual Compensation is based on the contracted 210 Service days. • Note: The Oncologists are eligible for Additional Workload Compensation during the position’s vacancies in Cancer Care Alberta. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Sessional contract (Clinical Service Contract) for 3.5 hours/week; sessional funding available for calls outside of clinic.

80/20 split (Alternative Payment Arrangement)

Signing bonus $25,000; Option for LFP, FFS or NTP contract; 100% of LFP panel payment to physician (no overhead); Fee-for-Service available.

Signing Bonus: $25,000; Option for LFP, FFS or NTP contract; 100% of the LFP panel payment goes directly to you (no overhead).
