Compensation: clinical services will be compensated through fee-for-service billings. For non-billable work, CCA will provide compensation in line with CCA guidelines.

Clinical Service Contract; reimbursement for transportation to/from community, meals while travelling, accommodation, in-community transportation (rental car or personal vehicle mileage); Community incentives: recruitment bonus $20,000; relocation $9,000–$15,000; fee premium 14.00%; annual retention $21,246; rural CME up to $5,720/year after 4 years in practice
