Type of Opportunity: Group Summer Locum
Location: The Centre For Family Medicine, Victoria Street and University Gates offices
Looking for coverage any/all weeks from July 1, 2025 through to September 26th, 2025. Flexible on dates and timing.
Hours are typically 9am-12pm and 1-4pm, but there is some flexibility. Compensation depends on the number of patients/hour that the locum wants to see ($140 for 4 patients/hour, $170 for 5 patients/hour) and compensation for inbox coverage ($150 per inbox/day). There is an opportunity to work call shifts (evening/weekend) but no obligation to do so. The CFFM FHT is a McMaster Affiliated teaching site; there is the opportunity to work with residents, but no obligation to do so. Our locums report feeling extremely well supported (admin, nursing, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, allied health professionals, new grads, etc.).
