Care Point Medical Clinic, located in the Renfrew-Collingwood neighborhood, is looking to grow its team. It is a hybrid walk-in/family practice supported by 2 MOAs. The clinic has 4 exam rooms, 1 shared physician’s office, and 6 physicians. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person, serving a diverse patient population with varied ages, medical complexities, and ethnic backgrounds. The clinic is equipped with a lab room and a procedure room for sutures, lumps, and bumps. Open to both fully and provisionally licensed candidate

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Note: The government of BC recently announced its vision for an integrated system of primary care across the province with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) as the backbone to a team-based approach. The objective of the first phase of implementation, beginning in 2018, is to increase the number of British Columbians who have access to quality primary care and are attached to a primary care provider. In support of this, funding has been allocated for up to 200 GPs and 200 NPs to work in interdisciplinary teams as part of Primary Care Networks. This clinic is open to hosting family doctors that are interested in the Fee-for-Service or the new PCN APP salary positions.
