Looking for a family physician to cover 6 month maternity leave in a ~1100 patient FHO+ practice in Scarborough (around 900 patients rostered with around 200 unrostered patients) . 3 days/week. Days/times flexible. Typically 7 hours per day with one hour for lunch/paperwork. This includes one 3 hour after hours block which would be Wednesday evening. EMR: Oscar - if not comfortable with system, I can train prior to start date. Start date would be September 1, 2026. I will do my own inbox - locum would be responsible for their own test results and prescription renewals. Expectation is 15 minutes per appointment with longer appointments for forms/physicals to ensure continuity of care target is met. Can do a combination of virtual and in clinic.

Compensation - Full capitation/hourly/FFS/private billings/bonuses minus 25% for overhead (typically 18,000-22000/month after overhead, potentially higher with FHO plus depending on hours and if working on the weekend).
