Job Description
We are recruiting a locum to provide regular coverage in the after hour and/or weekend clinic at the Stratford Family Health Team.
Hours are;
Weekdays - 5pm-8pm
Saturdays - 10am-1pm
Compensation is $500/session. EMR is CHR. Patients are booked every 15 mins in the after hour clinic. Nursing support is provided for scheduling and triaging of patients. Nurse support is also available for urine dips, vitals, and swabs as needed.
