Disera Medical Centre, an established multi-specialty family practice and walk-in clinic in Thornhill, is seeking an Allergist and Clinical Immunologist to join our growing team. We support a large and diverse patient base across a team of experienced family physicians, specialists, MOAs, and administrative staff.

Allergy and immunology referrals are consistently in demand from our family practice team, and we are looking to bring these services in-house to reduce wait times and offer comprehensive care under one roof.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist consultations and ongoing management for patients with allergic and immunological conditions

• Diagnose and manage food allergies, drug allergies, environmental allergies, asthma, urticaria, angioedema, and immune deficiencies

• Perform and interpret skin prick testing and other allergy diagnostic procedures

• Develop treatment plans including immunotherapy, medication management, and avoidance strategies

• Collaborate with family physicians on shared care for patients with allergic conditions

• Complete documentation, referral correspondence, and reporting in EMR

Qualifications:

• MD with current CPSO licensure

• FRCPC in Clinical Immunology and Allergy

• Valid CMPA coverage

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a community or outpatient allergy setting preferred
