Disera Medical Centre, an established multi-specialty family practice and walk-in clinic in Thornhill, is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our growing team. We support a large and diverse patient base across a team of experienced family physicians, specialists, MOAs, and administrative staff.

Diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic conditions are among our highest referral areas, and we are looking to bring endocrinology services in-house to provide faster access and better continuity of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist consultations and ongoing management for patients with endocrine disorders

• Diagnose and manage diabetes, thyroid conditions, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, PCOS, and metabolic syndrome

• Develop and adjust treatment plans including insulin management and hormone therapy

• Collaborate with family physicians on shared care plans for complex metabolic patients

• Interpret and act on laboratory and diagnostic results

• Complete documentation, referral correspondence, and reporting in EMR

Qualifications:

• MD with current CPSO licensure

• FRCPC in Endocrinology and Metabolism

• Valid CMPA coverage

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a community or outpatient setting preferred
