The Department of Cardiac Health at Southlake Health is inviting applications for full-time Cardiologists with advanced fellowship training in Cardiac Critical Care.

Our Program:

Southlake is proud to be home to one of the largest and most comprehensive cardiac programs in Ontario. Our team includes:

• 5 Cardiac Surgeons
• 8 Interventional Cardiologists
• 5 Electrophysiologists
• An Advanced Heart Failure Program
• A robust Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

As the 4th largest Cardiac Centre in Ontario, Southlake is a nationally recognized leader in cardiovascular care, advanced clinician training, and academic research. We are actively involved in clinical research trials and are highly sought after as a centre for fellowship training.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified candidates must:

• Be certified or eligible for certification, in Cardiology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or be US Board Certified
• Hold or be eligible for an Independent Practice License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Have completed a 1–2-year Fellowship in Cardiac Critical Care or Critical Care Medicine
