About Your Role: We are seeking a few compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team of casual, locum, part time and full time physicians. As an At-Home Healthcare Professional, you are providing essential medical care to seniors and homebound patients in the GTA through home visits. Your role entails visiting elderly and housebound patients for house calls through the GTA, all appointments, communications, charting and claims are powered by our seamless and easy-to-use custom app experience. 

Key Responsibilities and Features:

• Conduct at-home medical visits for patients at days and times that work for you. 
• Provide medical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to patients. 
• Collaborate through our app with your own dedicated support team to ensure seamless scheduling that fits with your practice or lifestyle. 
• Easily chart and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. 
• Empower patients and their families with information and guidance on healthcare management. 
• Billing, financial reporting and support powered by JCL Billing Agency for an effortless and transparent claims, clarity and payment experience. 

Qualifications:

• Valid medical license in Ontario, Canada. 
• Proven experience in clinical practice, preferably in primary care, family medicine or geriatrics. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Comfortable with EMR systems, and comfortable using apps. 
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. 
• Understanding of the unique challenges and needs of senior and homebound patients. 
• Willingness to work in a dynamic practice where every encounter is unique. 
• Bilingual skills (English and other languages) are a plus.
