Job Description:

THE ALLERGY CLINIC has openings for THREE (3) FULL-TIME ALLERGIST/IMMUNOLOGISTS in Edmonton, Alberta - one of the busiest practices caring for patients with allergies, asthma, and clinical immunology. We have an established and continuously growing referring physician list across Alberta.

We have also recently expanded our services to include General Pediatrics.

Due to sustained growth in patient demand, we are expanding our clinical team and seeking three dedicated allergist/immunologists to join our practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage pediatric and adult patients with a variety of allergic and immunologic complications

  • Perform routine allergy testing for foods, medications, bees (venom), year-round and seasonal allergies

  • Support the clinic's General Pediatrics service line as clinically appropriate, in collaboration with our pediatric team

  • Deliver immunotherapy treatment and ongoing patient management

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allergists, naturopathic doctors, and family physicians

  • Participate in patient education and clinical protocol development

  • Contribute to and support ongoing clinical research activities at the clinic and TAC Laboratory

  • Serve as Medical Director for the clinic and the laboratory when needed, providing clinical oversight and governance

  • For out-of-province and international applicants, please note that the positions are sponsored under Alberta Health Services (AHS).
