Clinical Service Contract (Clinical Service Contract) - physician compensated via a Clinical Service Contract.

Clinical Service Contract; Rural incentives include: Recruitment bonus $10,000; Relocation $9,000 - $15,000; Fee Premium 4.73%; Annual Retention $7,322.40; Rural CME up to $4,400/year after 4 years (subject to change)

January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026: In-Province Locums: $3,000/day guarantee via Fee for Service billings; Out‑of‑Province Locums: $4,000/day flat rate. April 1, 2026 onward: Remuneration via Fee for Service (FFS) model or a $2,500/24‑hour daily rate model.

Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. On Call Stipend – physicians are remunerated for being on call. Multiple Alberta Medical Association (AMA) Compensation Programs, including the Rural Remote Northern Program (RRNP), which provides a variable fee premium for La Crete of 35.8%.
