Job Description:

We are practicing family medicine in cityscape square medical clinic . We provide comprehensive health care for patients of all age groups .We see patients with diverse needs /issues such as minor illness , chronic diseases , well baby visit , complete physical , driver's medial etc .Health education to patients about preventable diseases . Seeing both booked and walk in patients . Performing minor procedures . Keeping health record and notes in system . Communications with other health care professionals ( specialists , physiotherapist , counsellors ) as per patient need .Screening for cancer and other chronic diseases.
Our clinic is situated in a densely populated and very strategic area in north east Calgary . we serve community of city scape , sky view , Redstone , corner stone , Savanna , Saddle town , the port area and more . There are physiotherapist , pharmacy , optometrist , dentist in the same building .

Qualifications:

• Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA
• Passed therapeutic decision making exam
• Ready to participate in CPSA's practice ready assessment program
