We specialize in evidence-based treatments, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine therapy, and psychological therapies, in addition to standard psychiatric care.

 
We are seeking a dynamic and committed General Adult Psychiatrist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a psychiatrist passionate about community mental health, innovative treatments, and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
 

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will:

•  Establish and maintain a full-time community psychiatric practice in Edmonton.
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric consultations and ongoing care for adults with diverse mental health conditions.
• Utilize pharmacological treatments and psychological therapies as part of individualized care plans.
  
• Administer and oversee innovative treatments, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and ketamine therapy, when clinically indicated.
• Leverage Telehealth and other digital platforms for patient assessments, management, and consultations as needed.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health therapists, and administrative staff to provide holistic care.
• Participate in teaching activities and engage in continuing medical education initiatives.
• Contribute to administrative responsibilities, including program development and quality improvement initiatives, aligned with the clinic's vision and goals.
   

Qualifications:

• Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree.
• Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
