Compensation & Financial Incentives 

Remuneration 

• Blended capitation under the FHO model 
• OHIP and reciprocal billings 
• Earning potential dependent on roster size 

Northern & Rural Incentives 

Eligible fulltime physicians may qualify for: 

• Severn: $81,200 
• Ramara: $80,800 
• Canada Student Loan forgiveness: up to $60,000 

Additional Benefits 

• Pregnancy & Parental Leave Benefit Program (PPLBP): 
• Up to $1,300/week 

Qualifications 

• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) 
• CFPC certification in Family Medicine

• ABFMcertified physicians eligible for Ontario’s streamlined licensing pathway 
• No additional exams required 
• Transition to independent practice faster than ever 

Community Site Visit Support 

Our Community Physician Recruiter will conduct a personalized needs assessment prior to your visit to tailor the experience for you and your family. During your visit, we will: 

• Introduce you to potential colleagues 
• Tour clinic and hospital facilities 
• Explore housing, schools, and community amenities 

We also support settlement services, including housing, school registration, and community integration.

• Utilize TELUS EMR for integrated patient care
