Job Description
The community of Athabasca is currently looking to recruit a Dermatologist Visiting Specialist to work alongside the local and surrounding area physicians to provide consulting services in Dermatology. The ideal candidate will visit the community in-person or virtually approximately 12 times per year (1 day each visit). This position will require the selected candidate to sign a Visiting Specialist contract rendering their services.
Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) or proof of Eligibility for
Alberta Licensure required (to be included with application).
Must be licensed to practice as a Dermatologist per CPSA Standards.
Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Candidate must have hands-on experience offering Dermatology services within the past 1-2 years.
Experience offering these services as the sole provider is required.
