About Unify Health

Unify Health is a physician-owned, integrated, multidisciplinary ambulatory medical centre with over 50 physicians and a comprehensive team of allied health professionals. We are expanding our footprint into Markham and are seeking a part-time or full-time Dermatologist to join our growing team.

Our model emphasizes collaborative, patient-centred care with strong internal referral pathways, efficient workflows, and a supportive clinical environment. The Markham site is being developed to serve a diverse and growing population, with significant demand for both medical and procedural dermatology.

The Role

We are seeking a Dermatologist to establish and grow a dermatology practice within our new Markham location. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, and longitudinal management of a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including but not limited to:

• General medical dermatology (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea)
• Skin cancer screening and lesion assessment
• Minor dermatologic procedures and excisions
• Cosmetic dermatology (optional, based on interest)

You will benefit from a strong internal referral base from family physicians and specialists within Unify Health, as well as external referrals. The practice can be tailored to your clinical interests, whether focused on medical, procedural, or cosmetic dermatology.

Our clinic is supported by experienced nursing staff and clinical assistants who assist with patient flow, documentation, coordination of investigations, and follow-ups—allowing you to focus on clinical care. You will have autonomy over your schedule, patient volume, and clinical scope.

Additional Considerations

• Knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Chinese languages is considered an asset given the local patient population, but is not required
