Fee-for-Service; competitive billing split; low overhead (~20%); first month no base overhead; signing bonus.

$2,118.86 per 24-hour day (8 hours on site plus after-hours call where assigned); emergency call stipend per the Saskatchewan Emergency Coverage Program; mileage $0.5555/km (one round trip per assignment); travel time $20/hour (one round trip per assignment); accommodations up to $200/night.

Sessional rate $580.21 per 3.5-hour session (or $165.77/hr); Alternative Payment Arrangement

Combination payment model; clinic overhead split 80/20 and 90/10 with seasonal patient panel incentives.

Compensation will be comprised of the following: 1) Cancer Care Alberta AHS remuneration for 60% Malignant Hematology services. Remuneration will depend on clinical experience and comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. Compensation Grid Compensation range is between Level 1 $249,715 per annum and Level 3 $318,805 per annum. 2) Fee for Service arrangement for 40% Non-Malignant Hematology services. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required.

The annual compensation will be calculated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician compensation grid for Medical Oncologists ranging from Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training and experience. The Practitioner is responsible for purchasing health and insurance benefits. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Remuneration is in accordance with AHS contractor agreements.
