We are a FHN in rural Ontario, with close proximaty to Toronto (within 2 hrs). Currently, we have 5 physicians in our clinic, with an adjoining Hospital. There are currently no inpatient beds, and our ER runs 12 hrs/day (NO NIGHTS!), including weekends. ER work is encouraged, although optional (certainly working weekends is optional).
