We are seeking Family Physicians to join our clinic beginning in October 2026. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and Physician Ownership Partnership positions for qualified candidates interested in helping establish and grow a modern community medical practice.

Medpoint Medical Services will provide all clinic operations, including fully equipped medical examination rooms, administrative support, pharmacy services, and daily business management, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Role Description

This is an on-site opportunity for a Family Physician located in Scarborough, Ontario.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions, and develop long-term relationships with patients and families. Responsibilities include coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals, managing preventive healthcare, addressing urgent care needs, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and contributing to the overall health and wellness of the community.

The successful physician will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team while enjoying the support of a professionally managed clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Certification in Family Medicine (CFPC) or equivalent.
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Eligible for independent medical practice in Ontario.
• Current CMPA medical liability protection.
• Experience in Family Medicine and Primary Care.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Experience in community health and preventative medicine is considered an asset.

Compensation

Medpoint offers flexible physician arrangements for both full-time and part-time practice.

Physician earnings are expected to range from $200,000 to $500,000 + annually, depending on practice volume, schedule, and billing activity. Physicians may also participate in additional in-house fee-for-service clinical services offered through the clinic.

Advisory and leadership opportunities are also available for physicians interested in supporting the continued growth of Medpoint Medical Services.

Physician Ownership Partner Opportunity

Medpoint Medical Services is also seeking a physician interested in becoming a long-term Physician Ownership Partner with Medpoint Medical Services Inc.

The Physician Ownership Partner will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, maintaining the Medical Professional Corporation (MPC), overseeing patient care, medical records, clinical decision-making, and physician billing in accordance with CPSO requirements.

Medpoint Medical Services Inc. will own and manage the medical clinic, equipment, branding, technology infrastructure, administrative operations, and non-clinical staff. Medpoint will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations, allowing the Physician Ownership Partner to focus on clinical leadership and patient care while working together to build a successful medical practice.
