Job Share Opportunity – Physician Position

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative physician to join our team in a unique job share arrangement. This role offers a balanced mix of clinical and hospital-based work, ideal for someone looking to diversify their practice while maintaining flexibility.

Position Overview:
• Clinic (0.5 FTE): Work alongside a fellow physician to co-manage a shared panel of patients in a supportive, team-based outpatient setting. Emphasis on continuity of care, collaboration, and patient-centered practice.
• Hospital or Elective (0.5 FTE): The remaining half-time commitment can be fulfilled through hospital work (e.g., inpatient care, emergency coverage) or tailored to the physician’s interests—such as teaching, research, procedural work, or other professional pursuits.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
