Compensation & Benefits 

Remuneration 

• Blended capitation model under FHO 
• OHIP and reciprocal billings 
• Earning potential dependent on roster size 
• Eligible physicians may qualify for NRRRI incentives: 
• Township of Severn: $86,123 
• Township of Ramara: $85,699 

Time Off 

• 6 weeks' vacation 
• 1 week CME

• Pregnancy & Parental Leave Benefit Program (PPLBP): 
• Up to 17 weeks, maximum $1,300/week 

Qualifications 

• MD with CCFP certification 
• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the CPSO 
• Completion of Family Medicine residency 
• Eligible to practice in Ontario 

American Trained Physicians Welcome 

• ABFM certified physicians qualify for Ontario’s streamlined licensing pathway 
• No additional exams required 
• Faster transition to independent practice 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members 
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives 
• Provide coordinated community based care 
• Utilize TELUS Practice Solutions EMR 
• Support afterhours and emergency coverage as required
