Seeking part-time or full-time locum family physicians during the clinics virtual phase from February-April 2026, with the option to switch to a paneled physician after physical launch.

Sapphire Medical Clinic is a physician-founded, physician-led primary care clinic where patients thrive and clinicians rediscover the joy of healing.

Sapphire is being designed in direct response to the realities of modern family medicine. We intend to prioritize thoughtful, relationship-based care by reducing administrative burden through clear workflows, strong MOA support, and AI-assisted tools. This will allow physicians to be more present during patient encounters and to practice medicine in a sustainable way.

Our culture is collegial and supportive, with an emphasis on mutual respect, collaboration, and informal peer consultation. We value teaching and mentorship, and welcome involvement with medical students and residents as part of clinic life.

Physicians can choose from flexible practice options, including full-time, part-time, locum, and micro-time roles (as little as 3–4 hours per week). Shared cross-coverage models are planned to support vacation, sick leave, and long-term professional sustainability. Both FFS and LFP payment models are supported, with the option to build your panel or transfer existing ones.

Located overlooking English Bay, the clinic is intentionally designed to feel serene and restorative. The highly walkable neighborhood offers excellent transit access and nearby parking options.

Sapphire will launch in phases, beginning with a virtual clinic, followed by the opening of the physical space in late Spring 2026. Early-joining physicians will have the opportunity to help shape clinic workflows, culture, and long-term development.

Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory)
