Practice Overview

• Location: Modern medical clinic in the heart of Woodstock, ON, with ample parking and easy highway access
• Patient Base: Approximately 5000 rostered patients available for transfer (mix of families, seniors, and young professionals)
• Practice Model: Flexible — FHG, FHO, or CCM available depending on your preferences and eligibility
• Schedule: Flexible — full-time or part-time options; no after-hours or hospital work required unless desired
• Start Date: Immediate or negotiable

• Oscar EMR for efficient charting and billing
• Experienced administrative staff to support scheduling, referrals, and billing
