The Bluewater Area Family Health Team (BAFHT) is seeking a Family Physician to join our collaborative clinic in the rural lakeside community of Zurich, Ontario. You will assume a stable, well-organized roster of 550+ patients, with flexibility to grow your practice based on capacity and interest.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Hold or be eligible for CPSO licensure

• Hold CFPC certification

• Maintain CMPA coverage (or equivalent)

• Provide proof of valid licensing annually

• Complete a vulnerable sector police check at hire
