The Family Physician will provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages in a community-based clinic setting. The role involves the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic medical conditions, with a strong focus on preventive care, continuity of care, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory investigations
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide preventive care, health screening, and patient counseling
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and allied health professionals as required
• Participate in follow-up care and continuity management
• Comply with all applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

The position is based on-site at clinic locations in Mississauga, Brampton, or Kitchener, or a combination of these locations. The role is permanent and full-time, with flexible scheduling to meet patient care needs.
