Size: Over 900 sq ft, modern clinic
Facilities: 4 fully equipped exam rooms + 2 physician offices
EMR: To be determined (OSCAR McMaster / OSCAR Pro)
Current Team: 1 Family Physician + 1.5 MOAs + Office Manager
Capacity: Space for up to 3 additional full-time providers/ 5-6 part-time providers
Overhead Split: 80/20

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
