👩‍⚕️ What You’ll Do
• Provide full-scope, longitudinal family medicine care
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage a variety of health conditions
• Coordinate care with allied health professionals and specialists
• Offer health education and preventive counselling
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation (OSCAR Pro)

💰 Compensation & Split Details
• Estimated annual earnings: $300,000 – $400,000 CAD
• Split: 80/20
• No overhead on private billing and panel payments
• Transparent, consistent split structure — all physicians are on the same model
• Eligible for:
• LFP (Longitudinal Family Practice) Contract, or
• NTP (New-to-Practice) Contract, or
• Fee-for-Service
• Contract length: Permanent (long-term)
• Contract break clause: Flexible with advance notice- 3 month notice
• Call responsibilities: None
