Job Description

I work in a downtown Toronto family health team at the corner of Bay/College and am looking for a locum to cover my practice for two weeks in October (weeks of October 5th and October 12th).

My practice consists of 700 patients and I usually work 2 virtual and 3 in-person half days per week.

Our family health team consists of 20 family physicians and an excellent interdisciplinary team, and there is an opportunity to register with our FHT, where other family physicians are frequently looking for other locum coverage.
