Alternative Payment Arrangement; estimated base remuneration for a full-time (1.0 FTE, 1997 hours/yr) anesthetist approximately $500,000; relocation incentives: $15,000 (if relocating from outside Canada), $12,000 (if relocating within Canada but outside BC), $9,000 (if relocating within BC).
