Candidate Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Ontario.
• Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or equivalent.
• Eligible to bill the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).
• Strong commitment to patient-centred, comprehensive family medicine.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum gross billings of $300,000 annually.
• Competitive physician compensation through the Family Health Organization (FHO) model.
• No income stabilization program is required due to established patient demand and contractual patient attachment guarantees, providing a strong foundation for immediate practice success.
