Fee for service plus the current 24-hour stipend of $621.57, increasing April 1, 2026, to $624.00 based on 24 hour on-call coverage as per the Doctors Manitoba On-Call Specialist Agreement.

Fee-for-Service: retain 70% of clinic billings (no further overhead); 100% of hospital billings; Division incentives; fee-for-service blend.

Fee-for-service: retain 80% of clinic billings (no clinic overhead) and 100% of hospital billings.

0.25–1.0 FTE (part‑time to full‑time); employee model or independent contractor (IC); competitive compensation; Comprehensive Health, Vision and Dental and Pension Plan (employee model only); 4 weeks’ vacation (employee model only); relocation assistance may be available.

Fee-for-Service; open to any reasonable financial arrangement.

Clinical Service Contract; eligible RCME payments: $1,320 for up to 2 years in Cranbrook, $3,520 during years 3–4, and $5,720 after 4 years; plus Doctors of BC CME funds; rural incentives subject to change.
