Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Full-Time Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team of 5 surgeons.  The successful candidate must have RCPSC certification and be licensed to practice in Ontario.  Fellowship training is preferred, with a primary focus on Foot and Ankle surgery.  Scheduled resources include 5 elective OR days per month with one day fracture clinic day per week, with support of 3 cast technicians.  Call requirements are 1-in-6 days.  

CMH is a busy 190-bed community hospital, with a tight-knit and collegial medical staff.  We have recently completed an exciting Capital Redevelopment Project, including brand new facilities in the Operating Room, Recovery Room, Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit.  Construction is ongoing to completely refurbish the remaining inpatient units.  CMH features a high-volume Emergency Room, a closed ICU, RCPSC Anesthesia, an Oncology Clinic and a full complement of medical and surgical subspecialties.  This is further supported by full Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging services, including CT, MRI and 24/7 Radiology coverage.  We are affiliated with the Waterloo Campus of the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University and regularly participate in teaching medical students and residents.
