Family Physician Opportunity – Strathcona Medical Clinic, Kelowna

Strathcona Medical Clinic is welcoming dedicated family physicians to join our vibrant, physician-led team in the heart of Kelowna. Our modern, well-established clinic prioritizes high-quality patient care and a sustainable work-life balance in a supportive, collaborative environment.


About Our Clinic:
Conveniently located on Abbott Street—just steps from Kelowna General Hospital and minutes from the lake—Strathcona Medical Clinic is a full-service family and maternity practice. Our team of eight physicians provides comprehensive care, including prenatal and intrapartum services at KGH, with approximately 70 deliveries per month and a strong referral base.
We operate within a dyad model, ensuring every physician has a balanced and coordinated schedule with a consistent practice partner. Each physician works 0.5 FTE, including in-clinic and telehealth time (equivalent to four full-time positions overall).
