With 50+ family physicians, a growing network of clinics, and over 100,000 patients in our database we deliver seamless patient care through our integrated ecosystem—combining primary care with on-site lab, cardio diagnostics, physiotherapy, and pharmacy services.

We are currently expanding our Specialist Network and actively recruiting a compassionate and skilled Neurologist who is interested in joining one of our 15+ locations across Ontario or establishing an outpatient clinic within their own space.

With co-location alongside 50+ family physicians, 15+ specialists benefit from high internal referral volume, driving consistent patient flow and optimized practice potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to referred patients
• Collaborate with family physicians and allied health providers
• Maintain up-to-date records in our EMR system
• Participate in initiatives that improve patient care and clinic workflow

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the CPSO
• Certified in your respective specialty
• Strong communication and patient-centered care philosophy
• Experience working in collaborative clinical settings is an asset

Compensation:

25% overhead (inclusive of HST)
